What this Instagram unfollowers checker does

This free tool reads the followers-and-following export from Instagram so you can safely see which accounts do not follow you back. How to use it

1. Open Accounts Center - Your information and permissions.
2. Choose Export your information or Download your information, then pick the Instagram profile you want to check.
3. Continue with Export to device or Download to device.
4. Select Followers and following only.
5. Set the date range to All time so the data is complete.
6. When Instagram finishes preparing it, download the original ZIP from Available downloads and upload it here.
7. Optionally upload an older export as the comparison snapshot, then review non-followers, new followers, and recent unfollowers instantly.

Why this method is safer

• No Instagram password is required.
• The tool works from your own export instead of scraping your account.
• Everything is processed locally in your browser for extra privacy.

Helpful notes

• Use one export to find people you follow who do not follow you back.
• Use two exports to identify actual unfollowers over time.
• JSON exports are recommended, but HTML exports are supported too.
• If an account was deleted or deactivated, it may appear missing from a newer snapshot too.
