What this Facebook unfriend checker does

This free tool reads the official Facebook data export for your Connections category so you can review your current friends list privately in the browser. To detect removed friends or compare changes over time, you really need two exports: a latest ZIP and an older ZIP. If you want the Instagram version too, try the Instagram Unfollowers Checker.

How to use it

1. In Facebook, open Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Accounts Center.
2. Go to Your information and permissions and choose Export your information.
3. Create an export for the Facebook profile you want to review.
4. Choose Export to device and keep only Connections selected.
5. Set the date range to All time.
6. Download the original ZIP from Available downloads and upload it here.
7. Upload an older ZIP too if you want to compare snapshots and spot removed friends. Two exports are required for that comparison.
