About Sitemap Finder & Checker

What is the Sitemap Finder & Checker?

Enter a domain and this tool will try to discover sitemap URLs (via robots.txt and common sitemap paths). Then it checks each candidate for a successful response and (optionally) verifies the XML structure.

How It Works

Enter a domain or URL.
The tool checks /robots.txt for Sitemap: directives.
It also tests common sitemap paths like /sitemap.xml.

Notes

Very large sitemaps may not be fully fetched for verification.
Compressed .gz sitemaps are not supported by the fetcher.
