Move links from another shortener

Export links, convert the CSV, import into T.LY, then test the links that matter most.

A shortener move is mostly a CSV cleanup job. Export the old links, convert the columns into the T.LY import format, import a small batch first, then test the links people actually use.

Conversion workflow

  1. Export your links from the old shortener.
  2. Keep that export as a backup before editing anything.
  3. Open the Shortener CSV Import Mapper.
  4. Select the source shortener and paste or upload the export.
  5. Download the T.LY import CSV.
  6. Open Links, then choose Bulk Actions Bulk Import.
  7. Import a small test batch, check the redirects, then move the rest.

What the converter does

The mapper looks for the destination URL, short back-half, title, and tags from common shortener exports. It creates a T.LY import file with LongUrl, Backhalf, Password, and Description columns. It does not transfer DNS or ownership for custom domains.
