Move links from another shortener

Export links, convert the CSV, import into T.LY, then test the links that matter most.

A shortener move is mostly a CSV cleanup job. Export the old links, convert the columns into the T.LY import format, import a small batch first, then test the links people actually use.

Conversion workflow

Export your links from the old shortener.
Keep that export as a backup before editing anything.
Open the Shortener CSV Import Mapper.
Select the source shortener and paste or upload the export.
Download the T.LY import CSV.
Open Links, then choose Bulk Actions → Bulk Import.
Import a small test batch, check the redirects, then move the rest.
Check Import History for progress, totals, and any rows that failed.

Start with ads, emails, QR codes, packaging, social bios, and sales links. Those are the links where a bad redirect hurts fastest.

Custom-domain links need domain access. The converter can map the destination URL and back-half into a T.LY import file, but T.LY cannot keep old short URLs working for a domain you do not control in T.LY. Add and verify the custom domain first, then import those branded links onto that domain.

What the converter does

The mapper looks for the destination URL, short Backhalf, title, and tags from common shortener exports. The Backhalf is the custom text after the short domain, such as summer-sale in t.ly/summer-sale. It creates a T.LY import file with LongUrl, Backhalf, Password, and Description columns. It does not transfer DNS or ownership for custom domains.
