Login and email issues
Not receiving emails or having trouble signing in.
If you are having trouble signing in or not receiving emails, the cause is often a simple delivery or account issue. Use this checklist first.
Not receiving emails?
- Check your spam or promotions folders.
- Search your inbox for "t.ly".
- Wait a few minutes and try again (some mail systems delay automated emails).
- If you use a business email system, ask your admin to allowlist the sender.
Trouble signing in?
- Double-check the email address used for the account.
- Reset your password from the login page if needed.
- Try a different browser or private/incognito mode.
If you are still blocked, contact support with your account email (and any error message you saw).
