Editorial Policy
How we create, review, and update content across the blog, help guides, and product pages.
The T.LY blog and documentation exist to help people shorten, manage, and secure links with confidence. This policy explains how we create content, who is responsible for it, and how we keep it accurate.
1. Scope
This policy applies to the T.LY Blog, product pages, help guides, and API documentation.
2. Authorship & Expertise
Content is written and reviewed by the T.LY team, led by founder Tim Leland, a software developer with over 20 years of experience. We list the author and publication date on every blog post for transparency.
3. Sources & Accuracy
We strive to cite reputable sources for statistics, industry claims, and third-party tools. Product claims are based on the current capabilities of the T.LY platform.
4. Updates & Corrections
We review content regularly and update posts when information changes. If we make a correction, we update the post and adjust the last modified date.
5. Disclosures
Any sponsored content or affiliate relationships will be clearly disclosed within the post. Our editorial decisions are guided by accuracy and usefulness, not advertising influence.
6. Feedback
If you spot an error or have a question, please contact us at [email protected].
