T.LY URL Shortener
The T.LY URL Shortener Google Sheets add-on turns spreadsheet URLs into short, trackable T.LY links without copying them into another tool. Shorten selected cells or scan the current sheet, then keep the original URLs or replace them.
Short links without leaving the sheet
The add-on keeps the workflow small and predictable.
1. Connect T.LY
Authorize your T.LY account once. The add-on never asks you to paste an API key into a spreadsheet.
2. Choose your links
Select one column of URLs or choose every URL on the current sheet. Bare domains such as example.com are handled automatically.
3. Write the results
Place short links in the adjacent column or explicitly replace the originals. Invalid URLs and failed requests are never destroyed during replacement.
What the add-on can access
- The current spreadsheet only
- URL cells you select, or the current sheet when you choose that mode
- External requests to the T.LY API to create links and load your domains
- Your Google account email for the signed-in account label
The add-on does not request access to every spreadsheet in Google Drive. Read the T.LY Privacy Policy for storage, sharing, retention, and deletion details.
Account and pricing
A T.LY account with an active trial or paid T.LY plan is required to create authenticated links through the add-on. Installing the add-on from the Marketplace does not add a separate charge.
Plan limits, custom-domain availability, and link analytics follow the T.LY plan connected to the add-on.
