工作大綱：
計劃主要推展兩大行動：
1) 義工定期送暖親訪——服務對象：70歲或以上獨居長者。
2) 奉獻大愛善終服務——服務對象：獨居長者。

Work outline:
The plan mainly promotes two major actions:
1) Volunteers provide warm family visits regularly - service target: elderly people aged 70 or above who living alone.
2) Dedicate the hospice service of great love - service target: the elderly living alone.
申請人須知：
1.
申請人在表格內所提供的個人資料將會保密處理，所有資料只用於是次義工服務申請程序及相關用途。
2.
以收到表格日期為準，香港關懷力量之職員將於十個工作天內以電話或電郵回覆義工。
3.
視乎運作情況，有機會無法即時提供義工服務機會。
4.
如有任何查詢，可電郵致hkcaringpower@gmail.com與我們聯絡。
5.
香港關懷力量保留義工服務申請之最終決定權。

Guide to Applicant:

1.
For confidentiality, the personal data of the form will be used only for the enquiry of volunteer service and related purposes.
2.
Upon receiving the registration form, Hong Kong Caring Power will reply the applicant by phone or email within 10 working days.
3.
The availability of volunteer opportunities will be subject to community needs and the suitability of applicants.
4.
If you have any enquiry, please feel free to contact "THong Kong Caring Power" at hkcaringpower@gmail.com.
5.
Hong Kong Caring Power reserves the final decision for the result of application.
