9 new RONA+ stores now converted

RONA recently celebrated yet another milestone with board cutting ceremonies simultaneously marking the reopening of the new RONA+ stores in the following locations:

  • RONA+ Golden Mile – 800 Warden Avenue, Toronto
  • RONA+ Brampton South – 370 Kennedy Road S, Brampton
  • RONA+ Brampton North – 10111 Heart Lake Road, Brampton
  • RONA+ Mississauga Central – 5348 Mavis Road, Mississauga
  • RONA+ Scarborough North – 6005 Steeles Avenue East, Toronto
  • RONA+ Toronto York – 1300 Castlefield Avenue, Toronto
  • RONA+ Etobicoke South – 1604 The Queensway, Etobicoke
  • RONA+ Milton – 55 Ontario Street
  • RONA+ Burlington – 3270 Harrison Crescent

The store teams were joined by members of RONA inc.’s leadership team as well as participating elected officials.

The conversion of the former Lowe’s store to the brand-new RONA+ banner is part of a wider plan aimed at redefining how Canadians shop for home improvement and represents a significant local investment. Through this process, the company is looking to build on the strong legacy of the RONA brand and build momentum for this beloved Canadian-operated household name.

Cheque presentation of $105,000 at the RONA+ Golden Mile

In addition to challenging and improving how our industry serves customers across the country, RONA is also committed to being a leader who shows up in meaningful ways to support its communities. To that effect, during the RONA+ Golden Mile event, we also presented a cheque of $105,000 to Habitat for Humanity. This organization has been chosen by 35 stores across our network to benefit from our Home Sweet Home September fundraising campaign that aims to help nonprofits carry out projects that improve living environments or access to housing for populations in need in Canada.
